The money part is completely incorrect in that tweet but cosmetic penis surgery is correct to a degree. People misunderstood part of the original accusation. This nigga tried to throw his own dad under the bus saying he lied about needing money for cancer and used it for cosmetic penis surgery instead. Now I don't know about you guys but I've always assumed that the way the penis is attached is that way for a damn good reason.
