Spoony's always been a hypocondriac. I think what happened is he passed out once or twice in high school so that made him go to the docs to chase mystery illnesses. It shows that Noah's been doing this for like 20 years. The doctors suggested he might have that condition, but it was never diagnosed, because in reality his condition was just being unathletic. Malnutrition and sedentary life has been behind 100% of his ailments but his narcissism prevents him from ever accepting any role in his misery.

Just eat a can of sardines or salmon you idiot instead of soda and ramen.
