I noticed he coughs a lot on his streams. I wonder if he's purposefully doing it to exaggerate his 'health issues' for more pity bux. He's like the internet version of a Dickensian street urchin. Also - that fucking hair. rApril seems like she's really into doing home hair styling, you'd think she'd offer at some point to give Spoony a fucking haircut, or at least a shampoo before he goes on camera. That mop looks like it hasn't been washed in weeks. There's no fucking way those two sleep in the same bed anymore, if for no other reason than the grease and the smell.

Edit: Him streaming more regularly now at 3 in the morning isn't so much him turning over a new leaf and trying to be productive, he's probably just on a manic upswing - and with bipolar, those always precede a full blown hyper-psychotic meltdown. He's coughing because the air in his room is rank and chock full of his own dead cells. I'm sure his roommate rApril plays oblivious housewife by cleaning all the other rooms and walking the dog, but she does everything she can to avoid the bloated goblin that lives in the basement aka Spoonyone. Of course they don't sleep in the same bed, they haven't in years. He stopped working and she responded by shutting her legs tight and moving into a different room.

So no one cleans Spoony's room. He definitely doesn't, so he's coughing because all the dust in the air is irritating his throat and lungs. That's all, there's no chronic condition but I don't think he's faking it, he's just a nasty slob that won't leave his room or air it out once in a while. God forbid he use a broom on that floor every now and then or dusts the accumulating crap off his wall, but he's too lazy for something as basic as that.
