It's actually not THAT late to jump the ship though. The whole point of civil lulsuit is recovering damage, not bringing justice to bad guys. If she chooses to change side, make apologies and throw alleged "victims" under the bus (e.g. "they convinced me with very convincing fake evidence "), it makes more sense to use her rather than sue her. It's actually one of the major reasons I was not that optimistic about full blown Vic vs MzCunt. Granted it's more and more likely she sticks to her SJW guns and burn to death because of amazing stupidity, but that doesn't mean she can't become Vic's bitch to minimize the consequences.
