You seem to be missing my point. It wasn't whether or not he could sue them, it's whether there would be any point in doing so. A biased UK or European Court system would simply rule that they did nothing wrong

True. They'd probably lose. But it would still be fun to see.Keith Chegwin wrote: ↑Sat Aug 04, 2018 2:57 amYou seem to be missing my point. And it's another step in the right direction. Maybe soon, if loads of people sue the UK, one will win. Eventually.

You know how they handled his court case in the first place. Bullshit reason to put him into jail, super fast time from when the cops picked him up to the jail. They absolutely wanted to put him into jail ASAP with no chance of doing anything against it. The entire state forces, for once, worked like clockwork. You could be on probation, murder somebody, admit to it immediately and it'd still take longer for you to go to jail in any normal case. The state wanted to fuck him.
If he files a court case it will be on the fast track to the next paper bin and delayed for fifty years.

They don't even need to do that, they'd just dismiss it with extreme prejudice. If lots of people started suing the government, the government would just make it so that you can't sue the government.Kugelfisch wrote: ↑Sat Aug 04, 2018 5:47 pmIf he files a court case it will be on the fast track to the next paper bin and delayed for fifty years.

The intended plan was clearly to have him get murdered in jail by mudslimes. I'm honestly surprised that didn't happen.Kugelfisch wrote: ↑Sat Aug 04, 2018 5:47 pmYou know how they handled his court case in the first place. Exactly. The state attorney would just claim the lawsuit frivolous and deny it. Problem solved.Keith Chegwin wrote: ↑Sat Aug 04, 2018 6:26 pmThey don't even need to do that, they'd just dismiss it with extreme prejudice. It's pretty hard to murder somebody in solitary.

In that case, I'm surprised anyone in yurope was intelligent enough to put him in solitary. I remember seeing news stories that the prison they sent him to was full of mudslimes.
