Seriously FTFY. He literally does nothing else in the gym, every photo is him doing curls and the only muscle mass he has built is in his arms and I'm being real fucking generous there. He has never Benched, Squatted or done a single fucking deadlift in his life, and every shirt he wears is sleeveless to draw attention to his arms and hide the rest of his Ethiopian looking body.
