So I’ve been wanting to say that ever since I had that massive angry rant about the SoK I’ve been feeling a lot better about things and I haven’t been thinking about it anymore.

Nevertheless, I just watched a video on the Eltingville club comics, and specifically when I saw the part about the epilogue, I realized that I could have turned into a Bill, Josh, or Pete. After all, that’s pretty much what all of them were.. but now I realize that I was Jerry the whole time. There for fun and friendships and then just like the part in the Ghostbusters car, I decided to just say fuck it and leave them because I was over them and everything they did. But Jerry had a lot of PTSD about the club too and that’s something that I also had to deal with so it was relatable honestly.

So I really feel like I have genuinely moved on. Talking with you guys., seeing that video. You were all right, and I was always looking for something that was never there.. I guess I should have realized long ago that they are the equivalent of a character who would go on a power trip and burn down a comic book store.

I don’t explicitly talk about DHI to people I know IRL, but a few people close to me know I have a place online to “drain the venom” so to speak. Plus you lot are fun to talk with about stuff. I get a surprising amount of insight and information from here. Good takes on stuff, news from an angle most wouldn’t bother showing, and overall just some fun shooting the breeze.

So yeah, maybe I do unload my package a lot of times on people who just wanted to chill and have fun or hang out or whatever but who else am I going to dump it on? I’m not gonna bring that shit IRL. Real life is busy enough for reasons. I’m not comfortable disclosing yet. But let’s just say it’s something extremely positive and you guys would be surprised.

Judging by "therapists" that INs like to frequent, we are at least as good as the real deal.
