I do recommend GenP. It's seemed to work so far.Liar Revealed wrote: ↑Thu Jun 05, 2025 4:55 pmI'll have to try that out. I have a new PC and I need Photoshop. I just can't stand the free software like GIMP that I've been recommended by peopleCuckTurdginson wrote: ↑Tue Jun 03, 2025 12:40 pmYeah, I had to torrent all my shit; and then use GenP to cuck Adobe.

Word processors too. Either use open source or pirate the real shit. They were on that limited install bullshit back when I was in college. I think now they just do a subscription system.Kugelfisch wrote: ↑Tue Jun 03, 2025 3:16 pmYeah you need to pirate all video and image editing software. When buying isn't owning, piracy isn't theft.
Edit: I just checked and they tie it to a microsoft cuck account. I don't know if you even can just send them money and get all the applications to keep forever.

Mostly just image editing.VoiceOfReasonPast wrote: ↑Thu Jun 05, 2025 5:50 pmAre you doing some image editing, or artsy shit? For the latter Krita appears to be more popular.

I'm a mild-mannered Clark Kent kinda fella. It's hard to make me truly mad.
But I get so pissed off when I don't get a package that I ordered. Amazon said that my latest order was "delivered", but it never was. And I was home at the time.
There are two parts to this annoyance.
1. Not getting what you ordered.
2. Wondering if you have a scumbag neighbor who got it instead and has decided to keep it.

Autism attracts more autism. Sooner or later, an internet nobody will attract the exact kind of fans - and detractors - he deserves.

Put a package on your doorstep with a 9mm casing in it. The thief will get the point.Lindsay's Liver wrote: ↑Wed Jun 11, 2025 4:54 pmI'm a mild-mannered Clark Kent kinda fella. It's hard to make me truly mad.

I don't think the package was stolen. I was home when it was "delivered" and I went right out to get it only to find nothing except an Amazon truck driving away. I think the delivery person just fucked up.
Curiously, they didn't take a picture of the delivery, which I otherwise get every time.

That's annoying but if there's ever anything that gets me more furious than anything else it's getting ready to leave, putting something aside for a minute or so and then not finding it again.
Losing or misplacing shit is bad, doing so with something you just had a moment ago is the worst.
Extra bonus if you find it after 20 minutes exactly where you initially thought it would be in a spot you thoroughly searched several times already.
I once "lost" my apartment keys that way in a bag in exactly the pocket I always put them. They just slunk a bit further down under a crease that felt like the bottom of the pocket.
Damn near tore my car and bag apart multiple times. It's the most ragingly angry I've been the last ten years and I only found them again a week later.
