This is what they charged my brother for an in-home euthanasia. I didn't go this time, but it sounds like there's a pet funeral industry standard: the paw print, the hair clipping, the cremation, the urn, etc.

I overheard that they never got the hair trimming for my mom's cat. I'm pissed off about that and I feel they should refund some of the money they charged her. But my mom doesn't want to make an issue out of it.

Animal care is just ungodly expensive. Funerals are already expensive, and pets don’t live nowhere near as long as humans, naturally or otherwise. I would say maybe they just need to make ends meet, but they’re probably being exploitative.

My dog is cremated and his memento is a paw print in clay or whatever, I can’t remember the cost but it wasn’t cheap.

Also the whole fall back / retreat mechanic is giving me an aneurysm. I don't remember it being that obtuse in WFB.

I've never played it myself but from watching it always seemed as if there was a whole lot of fleeing troops.

Units in Old World don't really stay in melee. With the way the morale works, there's a pretty good chance the losing side of the round will have to at least fall back a few inches (a sort of milder form of a full retreat).
