Just drive without a license dood. In my shithole city, nobody cares if you drive without a license. You need valid plates so the cops can't run you and immediately know you're breaking laws, but if you're driving without a license while obeying the street rules they don't seem to give a fuck.

I'm only semi-kidding about driving unlicensed. I've seen so many motherfuckers do it here all the goddamn time. Most of them driving vehicles with no fucking plates. Cops don't care. They won't do something about a homeless trap car unless it's literally leaking hazardous chemicals and/or missing its wheels.

Do you believe in curses or bad luck? I was basically an atheist in my youth and did not give such things a second thought. But as I've gotten older I start to see uncanny patterns.

Almost every year around the Passover/Easter season a death in the family occurs. Usually a pet, but sometimes a person. As I wrote about earlier in the month, my mom's cat died. But yesterday my brother's cat also died. And my mom's other cat came home a few days ago injured and limping. She now has to stay indoors and take antibiotics for the bite-wounds she sustained.

It really disturbs me and makes me unable to enjoy the beauty of the spring season.

I do believe people can suffer recurrent misfortune like that, I’m sorry to hear it. I’m not a “true believer” or whatever, but I’d be a fool to say such things are impossible.

It's the most common crime in Germany by far year over year. Considering that the cops can't just randomly stop you here and it's just the caught guys in the statistic should tell you a few things.
1. Our cops pay attention to the vehicles and license plates owned by people with a suspended license.
2. It's a turbo common crime.
3. Likely many of the same idiots getting caught over and over again.

This is what they charged my brother for an in-home euthanasia. I didn't go this time, but it sounds like there's a pet funeral industry standard: the paw print, the hair clipping, the cremation, the urn, etc.

I overheard that they never got the hair trimming for my mom's cat. I'm pissed off about that and I feel they should refund some of the money they charged her. But my mom doesn't want to make an issue out of it.

They already kill the cat, it'd be tasteless to charge for the experience. Don't know why the fuck you'd want it shaved on top. You don't hairstyle cats even in life.
