Well, we all have our reasons we post on this website. Real change always takes time but if you want to change and you can recognize when your inner voice is telling you some shit that's not true, that's a start. Try to stay mindful and in the moment so you won't get pulled into endless toxic ruminations over dumb stuff that doesn't matter.

I find that thinking about the past tends to put me in a negative mindset, while remaining in the present or thinking about what to do in the present that will improve my future will put me into a positive mindset. Not to say life isn't full of bad shit anyway but it's easier to handle when it comes if you're not dwelling on the past or looking for negativity.

I have had a lot of people fuck me over in my 40-something years of sentience. They used to make me seethe and rage. If I actually stop to think about them and what they did, I'll get pissed off to this day.

Contrary to what the shrinks say, it's best to just push this bile down in the pit of your stomach and try to never think or speak of it again. Try your best to forget it. What the shrinks do by dredging old shit up is not productive. Just move forward. And avoid those toxic people from your past.

Yeah… that’s what it all comes down too. I’m sorry if that’s a stupid thing to get upset or mad over. Plus since I thought they were my friends I had enough of a sense of loyalty and honor to not do that shit to them. So I thought when they got exposed that would be all the horrible shit they did biting them in the ass and it really didn’t outside of Fred. Maybe the real justice I want is for their reputations to tank and chased off like Fred and I guess Iit makes me a little mad that it’ll never happen and they will never know how it feels to be in my situation. I know that stupid too. You’re right it’s such a waste of time. Especially when I can just make a new online life.
