One reason why I listen to NPR sometimes is because in between the leftist douchechills, they will air lengthy reports and investigations that end up being interesting. One of those reports was something I heard earlier this year about how it's common for black juries in black communities to either find black defendants Not Guilty or convict them of much lesser charges than they deserve, even if evidence to the contrary is overwhelming.
Why? There's a powerful reluctance there to "send another black man to jail".
And Baltimore is a VERY black city. Whites are a minority there. I don't know for sure, but there's a good chance that the jury in the above case was all black..
All these people use this second chance at freedom and turn there life around no doubt
