In this day of age, there is no way to get away from the bullying. When 4chan can find a flag, with only the sky and flightpaths to go on to know the location of said flag, you are fucked if you are ever mass bullied.

No, it doesn't mean she was bullied to death. It means this was simply one factor in a long list of factors. She was a risk case, due to her obvious mental issues. Even family and friends have come out to say that she had mental problems.
