I don't have much hope for more street shit and group rapes. This is just one of our governments many desparate measures to fix our endemic skilled worker shortage.
Of course this doesn't actually fix any of the underlying issues for why skilled workers generally avoid Germany. Any streetshitting programmer will have a much easier time in the UK or USA where bureaucracy is much less retarded, they can just get by fine with English instead of having to learn English's harder cousin, and the people aren't Germans.

Also "dramatic increase" is apparently going from 20k to 90k. Sure a huge jump on a percentage level, but more of a drop in the ocean in the grand scheme of things.
