The Dems are a lot like Spoony. You say that, they run Newsom or re-run Kamala, and Vance's margin is even higher than Blompf's.

That said, it would not shock me if another Trump nomination gets pulled, or if one failed during the confirmation hearings. Hegseth seems to have smoothed things over with Senators, and what they have on him now, aside from his qualifications - in which I would say he is lacking - is essentially Kavanaugh 2.0. Although Kavanaugh was frankly more qualified for his job, It'd be bumpy, but achievable.

If I had to pick one to fail right now, it'd be Dr. Oz or Kennedy. And I won't pretend I don't want Kennedy to fail. Having a coworker that spouts that shit about polio, and is bold enough to say it in public should not ever be well received. And the primary victims of a long term pulling of the polio vaccine would be exclusively young kids, too.
