Mostly the issue for Dems will be another 4 years of Trump appointing federal judges, we saw just today how big of a deal that can be.
Beyond the lower courts, he'll likely be able to replace Alito and Thomas on the Supreme Court and if Kagan or Sotomayor have a diabetic stroke he can move that branch even further out of reach.
