The school apparently has surveillance video of what happened, which lead to the Grand Jury to go with a 1st degree murder indictment. It isn't viewable by the public though so all we have is a lot of speculation.

The indictment is a step in the right direction, but anything could happen. Get enough white liberals on the jury and Karmelo could still get a slap on the wrist.
