I'm not familiar with his lifestyle but he was able to support himself for nearly three decades on cartoon voice work and bit parts in direct-to-video movies. It's not like getting a Force Ghost scene in the next (maybe two) sequels was going to pay a mint in the first place.

Anyway, I don't think he really needs the money or work at this point in his life. The bigger risk is if the studio gives him the #meagain treatment or something that ruins his reputation.
