Edit: I've never actually watched the animu besides clips or read the mango, though. It's just in my "that's acceptable" box.
I can count the comics, manga and anime I've seen/read in my life on one hand and that's not going to change anytime soon.

Watching the Brazilian movie "Elite Squad" (Tropa de Elite), still an amazing watch, for anyone that have ever lived or being at a 3rd world country, this movie speaks. Fucking narcos, thugs and such should have no rights, and every one of them should be exterminated on sight. Bullets are cheaper and faster than prison.

I actually watched Elite Squad. Pretty interesting movie. I liked how it was a corruption story where almost everyone involved was corrupt on some level, IIRC.
