Rogue One is faggot shit. How this spawned a spin-off that barely anyone watched & people pretend to like still baffles me.

It's at least looked like it was grittier than the usual DisneyShit, and Andor was their most inoffensive streaming production.

Andor was made by an actual fucking writer. I didn't like Rogue One, though.

Moving back to American Graffiti, you can see where Lucas really succeeds. Definitely placed in the context of its time, using pop songs for their soundtrack; and the way Lucas wrote it, it must have felt like a movie no one had seen before.

George is the visionary, and then you need people with more talent as writers (Graffiti has three) and editors. Since its so dialogue driven, I guess George couldn't add terrible CGI to spite Marcia like he did with the OT.

Why why why do people make videos this long? A movie review should never be longer than the damn movie itself!

I don't mind when there's legitimately a lot to talk about. You could easily make a video about The Shining much longer than the movie without any filler.

But Rogue One? Here's my elaborate review: It's shit. Don't watch it. Watch Robocop again instead.

That doesn’t totally erase the feeling of the movie like in New Hope and ESPECIALLY Jedi. I finished the movie for the first time about an hour ago, and didn’t find that intro too intrusive. But point taken.

Just no. I shouldn't have to do that. I gave the series a shot; I watched the first episode when it aired on TV. It was the most boring shit I've ever seen. The lamest characters I've ever seen. If I wanted to watch something boring, I'd watch something educational. Who the fuck asked for boring Star Wars?

But nowadays it's they keep telling you to effectively watch the entire season anyways, thanks to Current Year seasons being like 8 episodes or so.

What is Andor even about? The few clips I've seen make it look like a gritty political drama full of fart-sniffing monologues that just happens to also have Star Wars costumes and settings. It could be about medieval Spain for all the difference it makes.
I guess it is better written than the most recent Disney space Slop but I don't see what makes it a good SW property either.
