Seriously not? It's the German word for cinema so you ought to find it mentioned millions of times.
But in the context here it's a common /tv/ meme word for a good cinematic experience.

Personally, I still prefer the old German word for Kino "Lichtspielhaus" because I had a fondness for the crappier, smaller cinema in my city when it was still open because it was a smoking and food cinema so old it still had Lichtspielhaus as a name. Now we're down to one cinema and it's your usual multi-screen Hollywood place that never allowed smoking or served food even when that was still permitted in the banana republic that is EUkistan.
