She's a witch who in the comics is like vaguely associated with the greater Fantastic Four community.
In the MCU she was a minor character in WandaVision whose main claim to fame is getting her mind wiped.

This shit reminds me of German trash TV where complete nobodies are considered (Z-tier) "celebrities" because they either appeared in a previous reality trash show, or are relatives of someone who has appeared in a previous reality trash show.
