There’s some rumors going around, that I find semi plausible, that Kang Dynasty was supposed to have Tom Hollands Spider-Man as the ‘anchor being’ for his universe, and the other two Spider-Men, plus Jackman Wolverine and Nic Cage Ghost Rider were anchor beings for their universes. So the TVA from Loki unites them all to face down the council of Kangs and they fail miserably, setting up Secret Wars.

That’s some ‘leak’, a rumor, but given how cynically Jizzney often runs Marvel, and the success of Spider-Man: Three Spidermans, it’s not super preposterous.
