The Marvels is the first Marvel movie ever to bomb, just like how Black Panther was the first (capeshit) movie about a black person.

I keep forgetting Avatar 2 was released last year but even with that I think that was the only movie to hit a billion for Disney last year. Which is why Elon wasn't wrong when he said people were already boycotting Disney.

Elon might now have been wrong about people boycotting Disney, but he's seriously overestimating how much people will care about Twitter, and how much people will blame Disney and not his own dumb faggotry for its own demise. Besides, all it will take for Disney to retake a box office smash hit is play the rememberries card and bring Robert Downey Jr. back as Iron man, the normalfags will eat that shit with gusto. They did it with Spoderman after all - and not every person even had nostalgia for those movies in the first place, while Iron Man 1 is usually regarded as one of the best capeshits of all time.

Surprisingly even Spider-Man: Tobey's in this one only hit about 800 mil. I thought that was a billion-dollar release for some reason.
