De Palma hasn't made many good films. Scarface is one of the few.

De Palma had a great run from Sisters to Scarface, and not all of his post-Scarface films suck. I would argue he's a substantially better director than Stone, who has a tendency to get bogged down in heavy-handed politics.

Maybe hes a better writer? A quality director usually cherry picks the good and bad ideas from a script.

Speaking of Bond, I still maintain Sheryl Crow's TND is the most underrated theme in the series and KD Lang's Surrender is shit.

This. I don't think Madonna has done anything tolerable since the 80s. Whenever I have to suffer to one of her newer monotonous, tuned af electro-pop-whateverthefuck torture sessions, I being to realize why some people could dislike Hatsune Miku (who still manages to sound more like a human being than Madonna at this point).

I don't think WTC even mentions the hijackers. It's a schmaltzy big budget Lifetime movie about two cops being heroes by not dying. You wouldn't even guess Stone directed it if his name wasn't on it.

Also the last titles with actual naked women. The Craig era is so woke and gay I wouldn't he shocked if No Time To Die's titles are just nude muscle men prancing around for three minutes while Billy Eyelash whispers everyone to sleep. The future is here!
