Eiko Mayusama voice actor for Fujiko Mine on the Lupin the 3rd anime (she voiced Fujiko Mine) died at the age of 88. She was the last of the original Japanese voice actors by the way.
She was certainly the most iconic Fujiko. Somebody else played Fujiko in the first season. But Eiko played her in the unaired pilot. So it's debatable who was the first.
The very talented Miyuki Sawashiro is her current voice.
