Well, I finished season 14 of King of the Hill. Guess that's the standard now, 10 episodes. Buck Strickland finally showed up in episode 10, but all that's mentioned is that he's retired, didn't really say what happened to his propane business. Hank developed a love for soccer over in Saudi Arabia, and that was one of only 2 flashbacks we got to his 8 years of living over there. Bobby's restaurant's a focal point in the season, but you'd think with him also living in Saudi Arabia, his fusion restaurant would include Arab foods or spices or something, not just 2/3 of the Axis Powers. Bill and Peggy both remained the same in quality, but they're supposed to be awful in their own way so that works. There was like maybe 2 okay episodes throughout it all, the one with Bill lying to his black friends that Peggy's his wife, and the Hog Killing business venture. I don't see this revival lasting long. It's got one more season coming, but after that, I dunno.

One prediction was right, I knew Bobby would be slaying pussy from a young age. The girls were always all over him.

It’s true. Plus in the original series Bobby is a player, pretty much all the girls like him because he maxed out in charisma. Go figure he’d be a total pimp as he got older.

My friend is a diehard KOTH friend and he said after episode 2 the revival went to shit, so I’m not holding out for much. We’ll see though.

It wasn't completely awful, but it's a horrible move for Bobby to go after Connie now that she's canonically Chane's (and who knows how many others) sloppy seconds. I also liked they finally criticized Jerry Jones, including Hank mentioning Jerry fired his idol, Tom Landry. For the non-Americans, Jerry Jones overmanages his team, the Dallas Cowboys, and forget the Super Bowl, they haven't made it to even what's basically the semi-finals in 30 years, so for King of the Hill's entire existence.

I love how Bobby just gives her a stern "your full of shit" scowl. But the Hill's disappearance bothers me the most. No beer drinking American is going to return from a decade of residing in Saudi Arabis the same. Most kafir labourers working in Arabis live in enclaves but they do see the outside urban areas. Can you imagine Peggy living anywhere near Sharia law?
