My brother wanted to see it. But I hate going to the theater, so told him he could just buy the Blu-ray in two months and save money. It sounds like that kind of "wait for home video" movie anyways.

I enjoyed Daffy being a menace. I think its far more respectful of the Looney Tunes than say, Space Jam 2 was, with that hideous CGI.

A sequel where they had so much faith in the Looney Tunes brand that they crammed in as many other IPs as possible.

I think this movie flopping just really boils down to Warner's not taking very good care of the property. Some conversations, from a business point of view at least, can be had about shelf life.

For my money, maybe its time to start thinking about going back to shorts, find a movie or two that you could stick a five minute short in front of, and work with that for a while. I did think during The Day the Earth Blew Up, "this is a decent enough movie, but I'd probably like it more as a ten to fifteen minute short."

Shit, Warner's could put out shorts through like Youtube if they really wanted.
