Watched a little SNL, and while he’s not quite Shane Gillis, the new Trump is better than Alec Baldwin, who hasn’t aged well. I like their JD Vance, too.

The problem now is they’ve got Mike Meyers doing Elon, and he’s missing the mark. Meyers loves his mugging and that’s there in spades.

I think the only reason Meyers even has the role over someone better is because Dana Carvey turned in the best work he’s done since…probably his impression of Bush playing Biden.

The one on Kill Tony was great. The one from the earlier sketches not so much.
