Re: "Cartoons"
Fuck never mind, I thought the graphic indicated 37.3K as in a numeral increase, as in viewership. OK, I've failed, but can you provide actual viewer numbers? We can easily shit on the franchise as a failure rating-wise but eyes on screen is what inevitably brings in the bucks. CSI Hawaii is the most woke garbage to hit media and it is brining in gold.

Re: "Cartoons"
No, only HBO can provide those, that's the whole point. Only Warners/HBO know for sure how many people are actually watching this shit and subscribing for the purpose of watching this shit. Even they've admitted, in various board meetings, that they inflate their subscriber numbers.
Any article that claims Velma is most popular thing ever without at least citing some named HBO exec is a shill article and full of shit.

Re: "Cartoons"
OK, fair. What if Season 2 actually does go into development and is released, what can we assume then?

Re: "Cartoons"
You mean what can we assume when they've already greenlit it, before the first episode even aired?

Re: "Cartoons"
Well, as you've stated, even though a second season has been greenlit, if the first season is a disaster HBO would rather pay the contract cancelation fees than pay the team to make a whole new season. That is, unless season 2 is already under development. But in the past broadcasters have cancelled series mid-season to then dump the remaining episodes quietly, sometimes years later.

Re: "Cartoons"
That's one of the reasons why I refused to watch a single video shitting on that cartoon. It's obviously designed to be "controversial", so the best thing to do is to completely ignore it.

Re: "Cartoons"
I pirated the first episode because I was discussing it somewhere else and figured I should at least know what I'm talking about.
Thing is that it's not even worth getting offended over. It's the most bland, inane, try-hardy attempt at a sitcom ever and it was patently obvious from the start that they were just using the Scooby Doo branding to get attention and prevent it from being ignored to oblivion like HBO Max's other stellar adult animated efforts

Re: "Cartoons"
I watched the episodes on watchcartoonsonline and yeah, it's bullshit. It's a by the numbers forgettable, cynical waste of time. Very tryhard and on the nose, has a bunch of weird references like how the recent episodes had a fucking Captain Caveman reference, a Jetsons reference and a short scene where they have some guy impersonate Casey Kasem's voice for some reason? Like the guy says he's Casey Kasem, which is odd.

Well woke garbage tends to run on streaming services, and streaming services hide their ratings, all so shills can always claim that something no one's watching is actually "popular.Complicity wrote: ↑Fri Jan 27, 2023 12:03 amNotice how the shills never write "ratings" when it comes to defend woke garbage on TV.
Autism attracts more autism. Sooner or later, an internet nobody will attract the exact kind of fans - and detractors - he deserves.

Clone High revival leaked and uh: https://mega.nz/file/ZPsgwQ6b#56j-rBFIX ... G4sdbp9KZ0
It's not a good look. Animation looks weird (same studio behind Bojack), the newer character designs look fan made, it's moving way too fast for a first episode, and the jokes are what you would expect from a "hey, let's take something that fifteen plus years ago, point out how problematic it is, and do nothing more with it".
Sure, it's just the first episode and it's probably a rough draft, but fuck man.
