A couple of shysters (namely Andrew Branca and David Freiheit) have made the argument that Baldwin could actually go away for murder, not just involuntary manslaughter.

One thing that's very suspicious, that Frei picked up on, was that Baldwin said during his sob story interview that he never met the woman before they started working on the film together, whereas he said, when the paparazzi accosted him prior to that, that they were friends. Changing your story is a classic tale-tale sign of someone who's guilty

B-b-but he feels soo sorry ;(
So? Even giving him the benefit of the doubt that he, regardless of personal politics, does not deserve as a Paedowood actor, it doesn't matter.
This isn't about him intentionally murdering someone. This is about neglect. It's proven already.

That aside, libshits always have the worst trigger discipline. They just can't help themselves but handle guns like toys and constantly pull the trigger.
Shame they do it so rarely with it pointing in their own face.

Trial Tracker got banned from Twatter, funnily enough. I wonder why?

Clearly his revolver had been tampered with.

That's weird af. His first sob story was about how they were BFFs or something, which made him extra #sad that he gunned her down.

Lol. Ignore everyone who actually walked off the set and filing lawsuits against us. It's the industry standards and evil gun's fault.

Funny how multiple people with names revealed said that he was never supposed to fire in that scene.
Three weeks ago, the script supervisor Mamie Mitchell tearfully announced that she was suing the actor and accused him of playing 'Russian Roulette' when he fired a gun without checking it first to make sure it was not loaded, and further claimed that the scene being filmed did not call for the firing of the gun.

The suit names 22 defendants associated with the film, including Baldwin, Rust producers, six production companies - El Dorado Pictures, Thomasville Pictures, Short Porch Pictures, Brittany House Pictures, 3rd Shift Media and Streamline Global - armorer Hannah Gutierrez Reed, First Assistant Director David Halls and others.

Mitchell, a 40-year industry veteran, was standing close to Hutchins when the bullet fired from Baldwin's gun killed her and then injured director Joel Souza.

The suit claims assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress and deliberate infliction of harm. It also states that the scene being shot did not require a gun to be fired.

Posobiec mentioned something interesting. Apparently the camera was supposed to be rolling when they were blocking out this scene, multiple people mentioned it. So there should be video that either proves or disproves Baldwin's 'the gun fired itself' story. If there is no video, it means that Baldwin or someone else destroyed it
