Didn't they basically already announce that He-Man is going to die in the first episodes, Skeletor is going to absorb his powers becoming Skele-God (might as well call him Toxic Masculinity) and Teela Abby is going to take over, because her father, Freddy Mercury impersonator Man-At-Arms wasn't progressive enough as a protagonist?
If they haven't, i'm calling it now.

I miss early 2000s cartoon reboots. It was a much more innocent time.
And according to Wikipedia the overarching plot of this cartoon will involves the search for the Sword of Power. So He-Man is either dead, or will be forced to spend the entire series as useless Prince Adam.

(I suspect the latter since that lets you trigger those toxic fans in every episode.)
