Depends, Some episodes were pretty gud*, but the overarching Temporal Cold War story arc was fucking worthless.
*) Phlox-centric ones tend to be good, as do Andorian-centric ones because Jeffrey Combs is always a delight to watch.
Then there's one where the crew is trolling people on an alien market, advertizing salt & pepper as "The people of our world started wars over these"
Then there's the occasional horror episode, like Silent Enemy where unknown aliens with a superior ship are just fucking with the Enterprise for fun.
