I don't think there is a BR3.
I've never seen either but I've only heard bad things about 2.

I don't think theres a bumbered Ring 3, there is an American Grudge 3 though.
Ringu is a large complex franchise, too saturated with raw content. Never got into the Ring, was kinda young when the Amerigaijin remake came out and I was a bitch kid who didn't like watching scary movies.

Not numbered, no, but there are loads of parts in that franchise. One's called zero or something, I believe.
Look, I've watched all that shit well over fifteen years ago. There has been a lot of drinking and weed between then and now and I never had the best memory to begin with.

There's a really shitty Ring dreamcast game I watched a Let's Play of. It snot good.

And then she pulled a Ran & Stimpy and split into Good Sadako and Evil Sadako.

(I think this opened the floodgates for a harem animu where the male protagonist has to live with Sadako clones in different shades of -dere. I know it doesn't exist, but that's just a matter of time IMO.)

Yeah, it's great. I recommend also to watch BR2 for the lulz. That one's really a Royale with Cheese. That guy playing the main protagonist Nanahara was quite good in the original BR but in that sequel I couldn't help but laughing at EVERYTHING THAT COMES OUT OF HIS MOUTH.

Never watched the second one heared it's terrible. One nitpick I have about Battle Royale is I wish Mitsuko was the last one killed rather then be killed off by the guy who volunteered.

I love battle royale 1. It's one of my favorites. The villain guy is takeshi kitano, and he's rather famous as a japanese director who stars in his own movies. He's also rather famous for his movies being good despite that. : D

Kitano has a few shitty movies, but he also has a lot of very solid ones. Sonatine is great and what I saw of Violent Cop was good too. Outrage was shit though.

If you like the yakuza video game series or yakuza films, you'll probably know and like Kitano.
