Spider-Man's destruction is almost as offensive as Wonder Woman's "fuck those cowardly men in WW1, a WOMAN is braver and can single-handedly destroy an army by herself" moment. It ripped off Captain America but at least Captain fought Hydra in the background. He didn't literally storm Normandy beach while laughing at those sniveling cowards hiding in bomb craters while their friends are slaughtered around them.

What's the point of any of those movies? Even Doctor Strange means nothing now that they fought Thanos in a giant CG free-for-all. Who cares? Who fucking cares? Black Widow might be okay because ScarJo still has a year of hotness left and can be fapped to, but what's the point.

Seriously, what's the point after Thanos? Some hero fights a low-key villain in a world where Thanos existed and there is time travel?

So they'll do this after all? After the way they ended Guardians part of the Endgame storyline I don't even want to know where they'll go with this. Though I still can't shake the felling that their Guardians lift some ideas from Farscape. Coincidentally at some point in that when the love interest looses the MC's clone husbando, she goes suicidal and get's back to her old Peacekeeper ways. I can totally see something like this here with Gamora trying to reclaim/kill off what's left of Thanos's army or something and Starlord trying to woo her back only to get kicked in the nuts again because funny and empowering.
Though after The Hobo of Thunder joining them It will most likely be Starlord getting depressed and joining his way of life giving as two hobos in space for more comedy.
