Soyfield: ESG-compliance and bafflement

I can't get enough of how much of a fucking trainwreck Starfield is!
I had zero expectations of it being any good, didn't follow the announcements and was surprised by its release, only hearing about the date a few days prior.
I wasn't interested in it at all. I knew it would be shit. But I was expecting the regular Bethesdaslop, not this total garbage fire.
It was down 66% of its average players within a month. 55% the next month. It now sits at around 6k average daily players.
For comparison, Skyrim has a solid 20k daily players, Fallout 4 sits at 13k and even supreme blunder FO76 has 7k daily average players.
Cyberjunk has 17k players, by the way.
If it's any consolidation, The Outer Worlds doesn't even manage 400 players between the regular and Spacer's Choice Edition.
Then again that shit was dead on arrival with an all time peak of 17k, compared to a Starfield all time high of 330k.
A wonderful comment I've just read under the Soyfield video by JWLAR:
"The moment that starfield died for me was pretty early on. I landed on Luna as close to the landing zone of Apollo 11 as possible.
When I got off my ship it was raining."
ultraturbokek!
