My main beef with Sim City was how ridiculously limited it was. That killed the game for me, and it was a retarded move from some greedy cunt at EA. Cities Skylines are good, but I liked the aestethics of Sim City better, and the music was amazing. Those things matter when all I'm doing most of the time is building a city, there should be something to look at. And Skylines are unfortunately quite below average looking.

Be a rebel and upgrade your PC just to play mods for Doom/II.

Both actually great tips for better gameplay than most shit today has on offer. The true snob is the guy that won't play Doom wads or actual roguelikes because "they are old and look bad".
