Still, Not-Dante is the best piece of art in all of World of Dorkness.
I mean, the art has always been pretty shit - especially in the CharGen chapter. They always have these pictures/traces of a "typical" representative of the various character options, and as seen with the Glass Walkers they're pretty much always lame and more or less nondescript.

Rifts and the various 40k RPGs show off cool dudes in rad armor.
D&D class art generally does a good job at communicating what the class is about (outside of prestige classes, then it can get fuzzy).
World of Dorkness just has random dudes and dudettes in varying states of fugly, standing around as if for a photoshoot.

Not that any RPG with a protester/activist group that is portrayed as good without ambivalence has any chance of being cool in the first place. That's gay shit for fags.
40k is as successful as it is because every group is varying degrees of fucked up.

I have this weird hypothesis that they purposefully leave stuff in that's offensive to someone (I know I know, no easy task in current year), to then flagellate themselves and promise to do better .

That's literally what they did for the 5th edition treatment of Spelljammer: One of the klessik Spelljammer races are the Hadozee, which are basically a cross between a monkey and a flying squirrel.
We all know the Left think anything simian in anything ever is supposed to represent a black person, so they made sure to enrich their backstory with lots of colonialism and slavery - just so they can then say they're sorry about it, and how they're going to erase these problematic sentences (and replace them with nothing, like they always do when they erase wrongthink from D&D).
And for extra controversity, they made sure to include a piece of art featuring a Hadozee Bard doing a pose which the Left believes to be a reference to minstrel shows:

So some wargaming IN is creating drama by suggesting the big problem with historical (WWII) wargaming is that someone has to play as ze Nazis.

That has always been the big problem in wargaming and model building. Nobody wants to build and paint a Königstiger or Jadgpanzer. Wargamers hate those because the evil bad guys were driving them.

He should get help for his severe sleep apnea. I think he had a couple of minutes too many without oxygen.

How about if all WWII wargames from now on are only about allied mock battles? Then everyone can feel better for helping to prepare their men to fight the fash.

The video's premise is all wrong. What problem? In anything WWII related, models, games, tabletop and even "Legos", German tanks and ships outsell anything else by a massive margin.

If anything, the problem is that too many want to play as the Nazis.

Oh and 40k? The sole reason the Ultramarines are pushed so hard is because they have a Roman Empire style, offsetting the predominant Wehrmacht and SS style of the Guard and Inquisition at least a little bit.
What are they going to do, make the first legion their go to Space Marine Chapter? The Dark Angels? With their heavy Deus Vult crusader knight flavour?
