Larry Wachowski, the one working on the newer Matrix shit, is unfortunately the more insufferable of the two. He's the bald one who trooned after the other one, no doubt feeling that he was being upstaged by his little brother.

Neither of them have made a good movie since the old Matrix trilogy, except maybe the live-action Speed Racer (never seen it myself, but it seems to have a cult following), so reviving the Matrix franchise at this point (especially now that Keanu Reeves had a comeback with his John Wick movies) definitely comes across as an attempt to recapture their past glory.
