Damn, that's a sexy game even without the smoothing out. PSX was an amazing little console.

I would love if someone made a throwback game with Playstation-like graphics. Something like Syphon Filter or Metal Gear Solid with modern sensibilities. The lead character wouldn't even have to be amiable. (Jane Austen joke, cause of the sensibility thing.)

No. I think every driver game except 2 had a native PC port.

It's bizarre Driver 2 got a port for the Game Boy Advance but not the PC.

Let me remind you of CoD 3. That was really absurd as competitive CoD 2 was almost as popular as CS back then.
