I'd like to say that but there have been some rumours and spergy investigations on /v/ (as reliable as that is) about some lootbox fleecing and other slimmy shit like that, where whales just keep this whole thing floating and it'll take some time before this bubble pops as well. I really hoped for a western vidya crash for things to normalize but it ain't happening soon. Especially when fuckers like Koei Tecmo pull scummy stunts like the 752387910238976572 pieces of DLC for DOA5 and the amazing DLC numbers and income from the DW and SW series. Some guy even posted some financial info and fiscal ratings and the ratio between profit from games sold and DLC from these games sold was 1:2 if not more.

If you take a stroll through any website about gaming(not even specialised ones like...Nintendo Life or some shit) like Gamefaqs for example, the amount of idiocy is staggering, especially when the numbers prove them to be dumb shits. And no fucking shit that gaymers can't into economy. Vast majority of them work deadend "jobs" and insist on pissing out half of their paycheck for the latest $60 AAA title that will subsequently drop to 1/3 of the original price in less than three months.

I haven't been to /v/ in like, six years or something, and even back then and it was insufferably subhuman and shitlib. In hindsight it was living proof that liberals can't meme for shit because /v/ memes have always been putrid unbridled anti-humor that ages poorly in a matter of weeks.

Never bothered to lurk the Gamefaqs forums, and I haven't been involved with "gaming" communities in many years because they're not really interested in vidya anyway. It's always about the signalling of their virtues about companies not living up to their regressive tolerance whims.
