Since I've shilled it enough in the gaming thread. I made some videos to sperge more about ken's rage. Most of the info on ken's rage are longplays or normy let's players who don't understand this game.

Enjoy 360p quality, I promise the other videos (which I probably won't post here lelelelel) will be 720p. I needed this PP guy with his soothing voice and his videos apparently hated my youtube downloader of choice.

I didn't find it boring at all. You've got 2 completely different kinds of levels (dream mode are more traditional musou base-conquest levels, whereas the legend mode levels are like linear brawling game levels), every character has unique mechanics, the punching is weighty and satisfying and each boss has their own unique gimmicks/mechanics.

The upgrade tree is also one of the better upgrade systems in a musou game, since it's not tied to farming weapons. The upgrades are permanent for your character. Unlike pirate warriors 3, you don't need to farm shitty rare coins either.

It's probably my favorite tecmo-koei game.

Boss battles are fine and the move sets are good no doubt, i just hated having to kill 600 thugs before every boss battle , some musou games you can get around without having to kill the entire map by just killing commanders but in kr it was allways kill everything or get fucked.

I know killing is the objective but there is only so much fighting vs grunts you can take before it becomes a chore, atleast to me.

Fair enough man. The dream mode objectives usually require less killing and more boss rush type shit if you're into that. You can take over points if you want to, but it's usually optional. Most dream mode missions feature 3-6 boss fights and when you do the final one, you win.
