Some top keks either way. Last time I was watching Miscarriage of Acchild vidyaes, he used basically all of the other person's video in his video. So do I, so whatever, but it's going to make a fair use defense (especially if he made money off the video) harder.

I'm surprised something like this hasn't happened sooner. I was watching his video on Blob yesterday and after hearing about this I couldn't help but think how he chose his target well. His video on Blob was just him providing commentary asides to clips of Bob's videos and if Blob wasn't such a retard, he could have gotten the video taken down. Instead Blob chose to demonstrate his utter childishness by making an unfunny parody twitter account of Sarcuck instead.
