To claim that Dave got away with it is ridiculous. He can't get sponsors, is permanently banned from Twitch, will never have normal viewers again, had to file bankruptcy*, is a complete laughing stock forever and is a gambling addict.

Any halfway intelligent guy in his situation would be as big and rich as Tyler1 or Asmongold. Him being a gambling addict of the dumbest variety will ensure that he will never get to a financially good situation.


*The IRS is a complete joke. He didn't beat them, they just didn't bother to check his numbers because they are fat burger speds just like him.

People claim he gets away with it, because anybody else in that situation would have gotten in way bigger trouble than him. I can’t name one person who has gotten away with more than he has because usually when this happens to other people, they end up blacklisted off the entire Internet, completely or they end up in jail. Phil is the only one who gets to keep chugging on with the only consequence of “ people are mean to me, and make up lies about me.” Even people way more popular than him would never get the same immunity.


It’s like I said, Phil isn’t Jewish, but somehow has the same ability to avoid all consequences and accountability as Jews the only way he would ever get canceled and lose everything would be like when a Jew is in so much trouble that even other Jews are fine, throwing him under the bus.. Like Weinstein or Epstein. That would mean the powers that be that somehow keep Phil afloat would have to believe he’s not worth protecting anymore.

Bigger YouTubers have also been cancelled for way less offensive microaggressions while Phil got away with nazi’s in space and practically saying the hard R.

I don’t know about the bankruptcy trial but I imagine he did get off lighter than others might have.


He’s also a well known liar and scam artist but continues to evade any consequences to the point that he can live every day without the fear of losing anything, and you know he’s not really afraid of it because he uses that as a fear mongering tactic. “Oh I am so scared the detractors will make me homeless. Give me money.”


Seriously what does Phil have to fear? He outlasts everyone. Even those guilty of less shit than him.
