He seem to think that Phil is some sort of dashing rogue because he defrauded the IRS (he didn't; he defrauded the bankruptcy court and still owe the tax man what he's due) and because people have been attempting to cancel Phil for a long time (they don't; Phil's trolls are mild as fuck, compared to what other lolcows have to endure, probably still reflex of "we don't want to be the next Fred Fuchs").
Why wouldn’t people want him cancelled? He always gets away with shit that would have cancelled anyone else that hasn’t done even a little of the shit he’s done. The IRS didn't bother to check his numbers because DSP is still paying them whatever was agreed on his backtax payment plan. One person fine combing over DSP's 100k+/year is one person that isn't going through Trump's taxes trying to find a single cent of misplaced funds to throw the books at Orange Satan-Hitler.
Also, the more "criminal" thing one ever did to DSP was to brute force his way into Bank of America's bank line system to get his financial statemets - certainly a crime, but much less hurtful that personally stalking him in another country to punch him in the face (like Cog and his friend did to Ethan Ralph, and Nool thought it was hilarious - then again, DSP never called him "broke dick pedophile Joshua Moon", so there's the "justification").

That, + the Court were boomers who didn't understand what his job actually was (and so were easier to con that the 5k business expenses were real) and they were positively slammed during Covid. Cases were so backed up that I'm sure the judge was just trying to get through them all ASAP.
The IRS doesn't really care anyway, so long as he keeps paying them taxes every year. He recently admitted (I forget where) that he has to pay late fees all the time. So he's making the minimum payments on his back taxes payment plan and then also paying shit late, so he accrues fees. The IRS is going to milk him until the day he dies. Of course they don't care if he squeaks clear on consumer credit card debt (which is all the bankruptcy cleared him of.)
I’ve been meaning to ask, has anyone heard of a youtuber called Boulder Punch? He’s a leaf who likes to reference Phil and Spoony and other “cows” and gives me a major hangs around fox dick vibe. He’s also got a habit of covering a game not long after another creator has done so, so I get the vibe that he’s copying homework.
