What if it will be the greatest movie ever and everyone will be in love with it, doubtful I know, but how is he able to promise this review. He will just remake his review for the first one with his friends, won't he? Or he'll use the old vs new format with skits.

He might have gotten an early screening of it, so okay, he managed to convince someone he's a real critic, but he's still releasing the video THE DAY the movie goes wide release in America. The people who want to watch the movie will wait until they've seen it and the ones who aren't interested in the film won't go, meaning he's going to have a slim chance of finding an audience this time. At least with Suicide Squad he waited a few months.
