To my knowledge absolutely nothing has happened in the Spoonyland this year. But it's perfectly understandable as he is still recovering from the exhaustion he got after finishing his 2017 masterpiece Spoony & April Review Star Wars The Last Jedi.

Nigger, Paul is the result of thousands of years of breeding and has been trained in combat, perfect control of his body and mind, politics, several languages including sign languages and more during his entire childhood. He's been groomed to be what is basically a king for all his life.
You'd have a hard time finding a character in fiction better prepared for greatness. At no point do abilities he has come from nothing.

I read back a few pages but cant find the origin of the story.

So basically spoony was about to win a contest to have The Ultima-garry dude make a new game starring spoony or something?
And he got pushed out by people hating him at the last moment?

OMG this would be epic, enough to make spoony curl up in a ball for the whole year of 2018.

I can already see him filled with glee ooohhhhh im going to make money again and get my name out without having to do anything! shekkellssssss

And then just after he called some gardening service to finally remove his rotten tree the news comes in that he lost because he is one of the most hated persons on the internet hahaha

No, in the Awesome Games Done Quick charity stuff they where going to speedrun Ultima 6, and they had a vote for the name of the character in the speedrun, Spoony name came up and people where donating, to the point Spoony started bragging on Twitter about it. But people with a brain started to vote for another name, it was going neck to neck until at the end someone donated 300$ to make sure Spoony didnt win.

Spoony is so pathetic that his only accomplishment in years would have been having his name put in the speedrun of a game, and got really salty when his name lost.
