The court is taking its time as it always does. My suspicion is that Nancy will uphold it as an assets case so she can pay herself a fat cut from the forced sale of his house. The other option aside from dismissal would be converting it to a chapter 13. None of these scenarios are good for DSP.

We won't know anything until Nancy reaches a conclusion and makes a judgment on how she's going to go forward. It'll take as long as it takes. DSP is megafucked and he doesn't even know it. He's gained only a temporary stay of execution while the trustee figures out which of several dildos she's going to use on him without lube.

Phil is fucked no matter what. I don't see a scenario where he does not lose his house. The whole bankruptcy will just delay the inevitable if it goes through and they don't take his house. When the pig pen dries up and he has to get a real job he will be in debt for a third time around.

What more or less seems to be clear though is that Chapter 13 is not going through and even if it magically does (Phil said he will try to file for Chapter 13 if they take his house under Chapter 7) it will be dismissed down the line for not paying creditors on time.

I would not allow an individual such as Phil to file for Chapter 13 for the simple reason:

A. he does not pay on time
B. behind on taxes
C. the money from his pigpen will dry up 5 years down the line
D. misuse of funds he receives aka making a difference between creditors or not paying creditors at all
E. not trustworthy individual
F. dumbass
