No he is not, Brad evolved the concept of creating strawmen characters to the point that he could create a whole A top the 4th wall movie using only them.
This particular is supposed to be someone from /pol/ , he is called Walt Right If I'm not mistaken.
I think I dropped watching the cinema snob and his auxiliary videos late 2014, It was before he introduced any of the hater characters [expect maybe the Bros], but He started to replace humour in his reviews with pure sarcasm just like NCunt, Lupa, Oancitizen and some other that I forgot. Don't take me wrong I like sarcasm in comedy, but there Is a dose of it after which You're unable to go back.
There were people in my life that I was unable to speak to without sarcasm, no matter how I tried, everything that I said always sounded condescendingly. I started doing that on purpose, but then It kind off took off.
I'm pretty sure whatever they're doing has something to do with that and the SJW bullshit does not help at all.

As to Brad bashing Christians and not bashing Muslims, as with anything he does it's a conscious, sane decision dictated by the market demands, that has nothing to do with any liberal politics or SJWisms at least with him adhearing to them . It's in fashion again, for a time it wasn't but thanks to the socio-political situation it is again fashionable to say "Christfags want to take as back to the medieval(dark) ages again". It's not popular to say anything wrong about Muslims though, It became almost a taboo.
Why would Brad ditch the trends? Why wouldn't he use in to boost his views as long as the fad is strong? Look at how fucking obvious he is with the click bating , go to his twitter and search for a new episode of the snob, it will probably be pinned as the first post, so there is no way you will miss it. Click it, will it bring you to the review? No! It will bring you to his site. Is the review embedded there? Nope, it's just a link to Youtube. So if you are following him on Twitter, which I guess many of his fans do and is probably the fastest way to know about the video [as he can announce it before it fully uploded and be faster then the RSS Feed] You are passed through his site, that You probably have no reason to visit every time he uploads something.

Brad used to work with Josh Hadley, whose fanbase is ONLY syncophant McNitpicks far down that spectrum. When I used to work with Brad there were plenty of people giving him shit, but a select few where he would ask "can you find out who this person is?!"
