The cups one is the one that pisses me off the most when I'm looking for new recipes online. They seem to use it as a measurement for both mass and volume occasionally as well. This isn't the fucking dark ages when we needed to guesstimate this shit, just get a measuring scale and actually weigh it out.

Or do american scales actually measure in cups too? That would be proper retarded.

Cup is the most universal measurement. Maybe aside from intangible things.

(Or you could just use a measurement that actually makes sense.)
